The word “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered through Laya Yoga and Sadhguru’s (Founder of Laya Yoga) willingness to bring back this powerful practice as a comprehensive spiritual process that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world.

The classes will be conducted by highly trained teachers who have undergone a minimum of 1750+ hours of intense training at Sadhguru Gurukulam, Isha Yoga Centre in India.

To my great Yogasana teachers I'm happy to report that I have just been interviewed for the samyama course starting on Jan 6 2024. I'm also happy to report that I have taken admission in BSP and Shoonya (intensive) course stating from Nov 30 till Dec 8. The interview went well in my view but I'm unsure if I meet the entry standards. I tried to make up with my enthusiasm for what I lacked in the ability. 🙂 Thank you for suggesting the course I'm really looking forward to becoming a practicing Yogi like you two. Regards,
There is noticeable improvement in my energy levels. And surprisingly, not just at the physical, but also at the mental and emotional level. I was looking forward to Angamardana as a weight loss program when I registered, but what I am getting, is so much more than I had thought of. And all this, with just 3 weeks of regular practice. I must say, this is one of the best decisions of my life.
I have been getting this feeling and today it was more than ever before, Whenever I start Surya Kriya all I remember is starting and then it's just a flow...I lose myself into something and then only come back to senses once the Kriya is completed.
Bhuta Shuddhi has been wonderful, I've honestly noticed a significant change since I started practicing. Especially from bowing down to Akash. I don't know what it is but it makes a lot of difference.
