I am a girl from a small town called Ranchi, India, moved out at the age of 17 to study at Fergusson College, Pune. I completed my graduation and Masters in Economics and Psychology. Then I moved to Mumbai as a Fashion model and catapulted into an actress in films and theatre. World of Creativity, Glamour on one side and the world of fitness and health on the other. Both are innate parts of me, both are my passion! Talking bout my fitness journey – I learnt and got trained in many fitness forms like Aerobics, Zumba, Tae-bo, Tai-chi, Weight training, Running, Cardio training, HIIT and it was all fun but I realised any one form of fitness was not giving me a wholesome sense of well being..I realised if I have to understand human mechanism fully then nutrition is an integral part of it hence studied Nutrition. I continued to train in other forms like Calisthenics, Parkour, and gymnastics. I now fully understand that health is not in any one of these factors, its a combination.. it is a consequence of making correct lifestyle choices and constantly working in the four variables or pillars of human life i.e. Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual – In Yoga its called Karma Yoga, Gnana Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher from Sadhguru Gurukulam, Isha Foundation and actively volunteering for Isha Yoga Centre as a core volunteer. I use the lessons learnt from Life, Yoga, Health, Nutrition, Fitness, and human Psychology experientially and validated/ supported by academics to help people delve deeper into themselves, self introspect, unblock the self-limiting beliefs leading to self-discovery. My core is established in Yoga (Karma, Gnana, Kriya and Bhakti) Enhancing and empowering the self through spirituality leading to success in the material world and navigating life with a balance is my Mantra.
Zachary Plubeau
Originally born in France, my name is Zachary Plubeau, with a slight twist of christianity but never been intrested in all this so called “religious aspect”. Running in the proper sense, hardcore in sport and entrepreneurship, pushing the limit of our capacity has been constant driving force. Coming to IsHa yoga center in 2018, all limits has been broken in the way i see and experience life. It is been a shift of life and perspective which led me over the years towards become an actor of this consciousness and experience for people throu the ancient science of Yoga. It is a real blessing to be part to sadhguru’s vision on a larger scale.
