Meet Your Instructor : Viruj Tambe

Viruj Tambe’s journey into the essence of life began early, driven by a natural urge for self-exploration. His quest led him to various spiritual organizations until he discovered Sadhguru’s book, “Mystic Eye,” in 2015. Profoundly moved by its teachings, he completed Isha’s Inner Engineering program, experiencing significant personal transformation. Inspired by Sadhguru’s call to share these transformative practices, Viruj undertook a rigorous 2000-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training at Isha Foundation. In 2017, he founded Yogavidya in Aurangabad, dedicated to guiding others on their path of self-transformation through these ancient yogic practices.
