PreNatal Yoga
A program specially designed for the wellbeing of pregnant women and unborn children. As a pregnant woman’s physical, mental and emotional state has an impact on her child’s development, an elaborate system of taking care of pregnant women was established in Indian culture. Drawing from this wisdom, the program is aimed towards helping a pregnant woman improve her awareness and keep her body, mind and emotions pleasant.

- The online program is offered as 5 sessions while the in-person program is offered in 8 sessions.
- Each session will be for a duration of 1.5–2 hours
- Conducted by Certified Hatha yoga teachers
